Motor Vehicle Registration and Parking Permits
UAHuntsville Motor Vehicle and Parking Regulations — 2011–12
Student Vehicle Registration - NEW PROCEDURES FOR STUDENTS
Students should use the Student Vehicle Registration Application to
register vehicles and obtain UAHuntsville parking decals.
Completed forms should be submitted in person and with photo identification to the UAHuntsville Police Department located in
the Intermodal Facility (IMF). Separate forms are required for each vehicle if registering more than one.
If a student will not be operating or parking a vehicle on campus during the summer, the student can receive a credit for the registration fee by returning
a completed Credit Affidavit to UAHPD within 30 days after the
start of the semester.
Faculty and Staff Vehicle Registration
Faculty and staff should use the Motor Vehicle Registration Form to register new vehicles and obtain
UAHuntsville parking decals.
Payroll Deduction Request Form for faculty and staff who wish
to pay for parking permits through payroll deduction.

Crime Incident Report Form
The Crime Incident Report Form should be completed by campus
security authorities who are required to report information they receive about specified crimes pursuant to the federal Clery Act. Information from these
forms is included in the University's Annual Security Report.
Police Application Supplement
This is a special information supplement to the UAHuntsville Staff Employment Application and
is required to be completed for all Police Officer candidates. The completed Police Application Supplement
Form should be returned to the UAHuntsville Police Department at 501 John Wright Drive (Intermodal Facility). For more information on staff employment
