Special Permits

1. Visitors to UAH should obtain permits from the Department of Public Safety. If a visitor should receive a citation while on campus, he/she may present or mail payment to the Department of Public Safety for disposition.
2. Continuing Education Decals and permits are issued through the Division of Continuing Education.
3. Special Events Permits are issued to the requesting or sponsoring departments upon request to the Department of Public Safety.
4. Special Decals - Certain vendors, patrons, contractors, and consultants serving UAH may qualify for special decals at no charge. The decals may be obtained at the Department of Public Safety.
5. Handicapped Parking spaces are provided next to each building and require a handicapped decal or permit. Temporary handicapped permits can be issued at the Department of Public Safety. Handicapped decals are issued through the Madison County License Department.
