Vehicles may be registered at the Department of Public Safety, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A vehicle registration fee will be added to all students' tuition statements the first semester that they register for classes.
If a student does not operate/park a vehicle on campus, he/she may receive a credit by returning the decal and a completed credit form to the Department of Public Safety. Credit forms may be obtained at the Department of Public Safety. Once a student files the form and receives a credit and is later cited for operating or parking a vehicle on campus, he/she will be fined $25.00 plus the fine for the violation.
Students who wish to register additional vehicles must come by the Department of Public Safety.
Faculty/staff may register their vehicle(s) through campus mail or in person at the Department of Public Safety.

Fees are subject to change with proper notification.
When a vehicle is sold or traded and a replacement vehicle is registered, a fee of $2 will be charged for the replacement decal provided the old decal is returned to the Department of Public Safety.
Outside decals are normally issued. If the vehicle operator requires or requests an inside decal, they may return the issued outside decal to the Department of Public Safety for exchange.
Decal Location
Outside decals must be permanently and properly affixed to the right rear bumper or on the rear window, outside bottom right corner, passenger's side. Inside window decals must be affixed to the right rear window, inside bottom right corner, passenger side.
The current year decal must be the only decal displayed.
Motorcycles, Motorbikes, and Bicycles
All Motor Vehicle Regulations and penalties apply to motorcycles, motorbikes, and bicycles.
The decal must be permanently affixed on the motorcycle or motorbike at the discretion of the vehicle owner, provided it is prominently displayed and clearly visible.
Motorcycles and motorbikes must park only in spaces designated for motorcycles and motorbikes.
Bicycles must be placed in bicycle racks when available and locked in the rack.
Bicycles parked inside buildings will be impounded by the Department of Public Safety.
Regulations, fines, and penalties for bicycle operation are the same as those for motor vehicles.
Temporary Parking Permits
Registrants prevented from using their officially registered vehicle and using a vehicle that is not registered must obtain a temporary permit from the Department of Public Safety from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Temporary permits are issued without charge if the student or faculty/staff member has at least one car registered.
Temporary permits are issued for up to seven days from the date of issue. For periods that exceed seven days, the registrant must return to the Department of Public Safety for an extension.
Temporary permits must be hung on the rear view mirror with the hang tag number facing the vehicle windshield.
